Every BORWEX flange undergoes a rigorously controlled 12-step production process to ensure dimensional accuracy, structural integrity and compliance with international standards.

The BORWEX flange production process starts with cutting of certified raw materials, followed by material feeding and descaling, before the blanks are transferred to the forging station. During forging and forming, precise pressure and temperature control is applied to achieve specified mechanical properties. The ring rolling process is adopted for flanges to guarantee uniform grain structure across the cross-section. After forming, workpieces go through shaping, CNC machining and high-speed CNC drilling in sequence to satisfy stringent dimensional tolerance requirements.

Each production batch can be traced back to its original material certificate. Finished products are inspected, marked and professionally packaged to ensure safe transportation via international ocean shipment.
